QuestionHi I asked before but I think LG response confused the question. I am not looking for optimal performance temperatures I am looking for STORAGE temperature range. The tv won’t be in use in below freezing temperatures example negative -10 degrees F.

QuestionHi what is the safe “storage” temperature for this tv? How cold can it be for it to be damaged. LED screens on cars some in -40 degree temps work. Basically it will be in an area not heated at times. I don’t see any specs on that. Thank you.

- Answer Models with "X" are 2020 versions, the "9" are for 2019. I have the GX, the Gallery model, then the CX and lower-tier model, BX.

QuestionCan the GX be mounted to a table top universal stand? I want it to sit on top of a table that is less than 46 inches wide where as the legs are 46 inches apart

- Answer Yes, you can mount this TV to any VESA 300 x 300 stand. Honestly, though, why would you want to do that? The only reason to spend the extra $$ on this TV is to take advantage of the incredibly thin (1") wall mount effect. If you are simply going to put the TV on top of a table, save your money and go with the CX. The picture is just as good.

QuestionI have heard that the cable included with this TV is not wall rated. Is there an option to install without running the cable outside the wall?

- Answer There are no cables provided, other than the power cord, which is probably not wall rated. If you install a recessed wiring box on the wall behind the TV, that includes an AC outlet, you plug the power cord into that which should be fine.

QuestionThis might be a silly question, but in order for it to be flushed against the wall, does there need to be an outlet behind where the tv is mounted, or would the professionals hired through BestBuy to mount it connect the wiring behind the wall regardless?

- Answer If you want it completely flush against the wall you will need a recessed wiring box in the wall. The box cannot even have a bezel or lip - as this will push the TV away from the wall. If you can't mount it flush I would pass on the Gallery TV and get the cheaper version (CX?).

- Answer That’s interesting question u saying ok first of all I had my speaker already before I sync my speaker to the tv... the sound of tv speaker sound great without it but u know u may need in the future to buy a separate speaker for me it sound great without good volume I’m very picky about these things ... try without it then u decided if u need one everyone is different try it .. the tv has Dolby vision and atmos if u decided to buy a speaker make sure is Dolby atmos also ... together the pictures quality and sound is amazing

QuestionIn order to get 4k input with new version boxes that support 4k you have to turn off the Ultra HD deep color function, when then doesn't give you the option to use the Amd free sync premium feature. Not sure Why? then you get 4k with version input.

Questionthis is a 2020 tv right. how would this compare to OLED55C8PUA which was a 2018 tv? what are some of the major features that makes this tv better than the LG C8? Why do you have to buy a tv stand, what if you don't want to mount it?

- Answer The difference from GX to C8 is that processor has been upgraded, the new webOS with new user interface with the aim of being more intuitive. The GX is designed to be flush with the wall and come with a wall mount to compliment the design. QuestionI've been able to get 4k 120Hz with my xbox series x hooked up to my denon AVR-X4700H 8K receiver. Now all the sudden I'm not getting 4k 120hz with xbox series X. I'm using audio quest 8k vodka hdmi. Why can't i get 4k 120 now?

- Answer If it was installed by Best Buy then it should be covered. If not, then I do not think it should be covered unless there is a defect on the actual TV not allowing it to hold steady.
