- Answer Just order online or in APP for store pick up. Or you can have it delivered stright to your house. It was possible old model was showing and maybe why it wasn't available. Just check current years model number, it should always be available unless sold out

- Answer Yes, but the unit needs to be able to drain. It does hold some water but you can install a drain line of a sort.

QuestionI'm having trouble getting the front grill to snap into place. It seems like the wire bundle from the controls and the power cord are too close and interfere with the top right corner fitting properly. Is there a trick to getting this attached?
