    • Answer Unfortunately you will most likely not find any newer TVs that support 3D. Home 3D tech has pretty much died off. If you’re lucky you may be able to find some old stock or refurbished models.

    • Answer I don’t think anyone has had this TV long enough to have burn in issues. However, I can tell you that they’ve put in a lot of features to prevent it from happening. I doubt you have any issues under normal usage conditions.

  • QuestionThe tv didn’t come with bolts to mount it to an existing wall amount that is have. What are the complete specs for the bolts that I should use for the tv. Frustrating it didn’t come with them! Thanks.

    • Answer Hi Anthony. TVs do not come with VESA standard bolts for mounting the TV. Those are typically included with a new VESA compliant Wall Mount that will usually come with 2-3 sets of VESA Standard screws with spacers in case the screws are too long. Wall Mounts have different depths so the length of the VESA standard bolts will vary depending on the depth of the wall mount used. The LG LG C9 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65C9PUA is a VESA compliant display that has a VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 300 x 200 mm, so if your current wall mount is a VESA compliant wall mount that supports the wall mount pattern on the TV, you can use it to mount the TV. The metric width of the Philips pan head machine screws that will fit into the VESA bolt holes on the TV is M6 (i.e. 6 mm) and the length will depend on the depth of your current wall mount. You can check the installation guide that come with your current wall mount to see which screws it came with and if they are M6 screws, you will be able to use them to mount the TV provided your current wall mount matches the VESA Mount Interface Pattern on the TV. If you have lost the screws for your current wall mount, you can check the installation guide to see what length of screw it uses or contact the manufacturer. You can also measure the depth of the wall mount to determine the length for the screws that you will need. Your current wall mount should have come with at least 2-3 sets of screws of varying length with spacers for them...^IFV

    • Answer When the Auto Volume in the LG C9 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65C9PUA is set to On, it adjusts the volume automatically for each broadcasting company so you can always listen to channel audio at the desired volume even after changing channels. TV stations are prohibited from boosting the average volume of commercials to levels beyond the programs they accompany. FCC rules for loud TV commercials are based on the Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation (CALM) Act. Some commercials with louder and quieter moments may still seem "too loud" to some viewers, but are still in compliance because average volume is the rule. The FCC does not monitor programming for loud commercials. They rely on people like you to let them know if you think there's a problem. If you have experienced what you believe is a violation of the rules regarding the loudness of commercial TV ads, you may file a complaint with the FCC at no cost...^IFV

  • QuestionWhat is the “set top-box” message that keeps popping up? Brand new OLED 65”... I don’t understand what this message is.

    • Answer I have the same issue with a new LG OLED55C model. I keep on getting a popup window saying additional setting is available for the set top box to work with the remote. It has three options: Accept, Decline, or Block. When I select Accept, it asks me for a pin, which no one seems to know, including LG. When I press Decline, the popup goes away then came within a few minutes. When Inpress Block, I will see the same pop up again within a few minutes.

  • QuestionCan I connect two bluetooth headphones to lg OLED65C9PUA at one time?

    • Answer No. I tried. You can pair multiple devices but there is no multiple out capability..one listener via Bluetooth only. For such an expensive set.....a disappointment!
