QuestionI have directv going thru a 2009 RX-V565 Yamaha RX-V565 receiver. Will the 4k tv still be able to upscale to near 4k picture?

- Answer Your receiver may be able to switch signals via HDMI up to high-definition resolution (1080p), and perhaps 3D, but unless you bought it very recently, it's not going to be able to switch 4K signals that it can pass through to the LG C7 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # OLED65C7P. The entire chain needs to be 4K compatible. So if you want to feed it 4K via HDMI sources, and want to switch those sources using an AV receiver (as opposed to the TV), you'll need to buy a new receiver that handles those 4K sources...^IFV

QuestionWhat is the distance between Bottom of tv and credenza it will be sitting on. I have a 5" tall klipsch center speaker that will sit in front of tv. I don't want the speaker to block the picture.

QuestionMajor problems streaming on Amazon and Netflix. Sometimes it works, but often it buffers every few minutes or won't load at all. Internet speeds on Netflix range from 1.3mbps to 113mbps, randomly. If I use my Roku (attached to TV) it's fine. Argh.

- Answer I don’t have any problems at all. Are u using. Cable internet or DSL? I’ve git DSL with 25 mpbs and never had any problems st all and we stream on more than one device at a time. The direct service line is the fix

QuestionI was able to hook up our Bluetooth headphones to this tv, but then the tv speakers don’t work. I see an option to enable both the speakers and an audio connection, but not the speakers and a Bluetooth device. Is this possible on this tv? Thx.

- Answer I had same issue when hooking up my Bose surround sound. I had to get an audio cable & hook the system directly to the TV bypassing my cable box. Then went in & changed my settings to audio out.

- Answer Hope this answers your question: The electronics are housed in a compartment on the back of the TV. The compartment is about 14 inches high and extends the entire width of the TV with tapers at both ends to become very thin at the left and right sides. The compartment is about 2 inches thick with venting holes on the top edge. Better dimensions may be available on the manufacturer's web site or you might try downloading a copy of the manual from them.

QuestionDifference between B7A and B7P models.

- Answer B7P is a Costco exclusive and has 2 upward firing speakers for Atmos. B7A can apparently now decode Atmos for pass through to a receiver or soundbar but still lacks the 2 upward firing speakers of the P model. Not that those speakers are going to make much a difference, if you really want good sound you shouldn't use either model's built in sound.

QuestionHow do I file a complaint about 65" LG OLED 4K TV I purchased two years ago with the 5 year protection plan. I am an Elite Plus member; I was told at the beginning that my TV would be replaced if there was a problem. Burn spots on TV screen in 1.5 years.

- Answer Call your protection plan company first. If they won't replace it, contact LG. On AVS Forums there are reports of LG beginning to replace burned-in panels for angry OLED customers, but only sporadically. It seems like they've always been very aware of this problem and now have to deal with angry customers of 6-24 month old OLED tvs, especially now that Samsung is prominently advertising a ten year warranty of replacing burned-in panels. Samsung has chosen not to create OLEDS because of this problem that makes OLED tvs last only two years, and now they're calling LG out on this. So take advantage of this and call LG.

- Answer The LG remote controls my FiOS cable box. And does a good job. But I recently bought a Harmony Elite Universal to control my receiver and all my game systems etc. so much nicer
