Q: QuestionWhat is also included I have a working LG TV mounted on the wall would you connect and mount for nothing.would I notice that much of a difference
Asked by Craig.
- A:Answer You should upgrade your hdmi cable to 2.0 so it can handle 4K. It may also help to use a fiber optic cable for the digital audio if your audio goes through a receiver. There really is no simple answer as it depends on how your system is currently set up and what the components are. The picture will be better than what you have currently, but if you want to take full advantage of the TV’s capabilities you may need to make some changes.

Q: QuestionHow is this TV with gaming and image retention/burn in? I am worried about image retention and burn in especially for video games that have HUDs that stay fixed on the screen. A lot of days, mainly on weekends, I will play a game for 5 hours straight.
Asked by HawkEye.
- A:Answer I haven't noticed any burn it while playing Battle Front on my PS4. If for some reason burn it occurs LG has a simple cleanup option in the settings Video options.

Q: QuestionWhat is the refresh rate?
Asked by Dru.
- A:Answer Refresh rate is basically irrelevant with this type of TV since the pixels react almost instantaneously. No refresh is needed. I watch action movies and play fast video games without any lag, ghosting, or any of those other weird motion effects. I hope this helps. Julie

Q: QuestionCan someone please tell me what length of M6 screw is required to wall mount an LG Oled65c7p TV because I have a Sanus VLT6 mount which came with 12mm and 35mm M6 screws and the TV manual only says M6 screws without specifying length of the screw?
Asked by Peter.
- A:Answer Hello, Peter, I had GEEK Squad folks install my TV, so I don't have a direct answer to your question. However, I do have some thoughts. I peeked behind my TV to see how the wall mount was attached to the unit, because the screen itself is so thin. I am not familiar with the SANUS wall mount, so I don't know how thick the metal is where the screw holes are located. If the metal is relatively thin, then it seems that the 12mm (1/2") screws might do the job, provided they get a good bite into the back of the TV. The 35mm (1 1/2") screws seem like they might be too long for going into the back of the TV. That being said, since I am definitely not an expert, I encourage you to consult with either GEEK Squad people or with the SANUS Customer Service folks just to be sure. This is a pricey TV, and it is not worth trying to guess. (IMHO) I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. I wish you the best of luck. Best regards, Gadjo

Q: QuestionCan it be laid flat or must it remain upright when transporting?
Asked by Mike.
- A:Answer We've only had our LG OLED 65C7P TV a few weeks and never transported it, so I've never researched it but using logic it seems to me it would be best transporting it as the delivery men did, upright. It would take up less floor space and it seems it would be less likely to crack. If laid flat and there were any extra pressure in an area on the screen that area would be susceptible to cracking if a bump in the road occurred.
