• A:Answer Odds are it's your lint trap and stale water drain. Those are located on the front lower left. Open the door, check that the hose plug is snug and that the trap is screwed in tight. (You'd end up doing this after a month or two anyway for a maintenance cleaning.) If you're still finding water, you almost definitely have a leak. The top opens and you can look for the source during the next wash, or hire someone.

Ultra Large Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Front Load Electric Dryer with TurboSteam™ and Built-In Intelligence, Model # DLEX4000B does not come with a supplied power chord, and it has a terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line).
