- Answer Odds are it's your lint trap and stale water drain. Those are located on the front lower left. Open the door, check that the hose plug is snug and that the trap is screwed in tight. (You'd end up doing this after a month or two anyway for a maintenance cleaning.) If you're still finding water, you almost definitely have a leak. The top opens and you can look for the source during the next wash, or hire someone.

QuestionI always have to use the manual speed dry setting because all the other ones auto stop after about 2-4 minutes of use. I’ve only had this dryer for a couple months and have had this issue since I’ve gotten it. Any help?

- Answer I generally use the perm. Press cycle to dry and haven’t had any issues. And the towel cycle when drying towels.
