QuestionThe door on this dryer does not seem to seal when closed and running. Once closed it is not flush to the machine like the washer door is, I can see the interior light through the gap. Is this the normal?

- Answer the roller assembly is not the part that is needed. it is a leveling foot. i have gone through the manual you provided and it says nothing about roller assemblies. it is a black leveling foot. i just want to make sure i order the right one for the DLEX6500 dryer https://lgparts.com/products/4778el3001b?

QuestionThe exhaust hose is too long. It crimped and now I get a message that it is 80% blocked. I contacted Customer Support and was told to contact LG. This is an installation issue, not a dryer issue. Please have someone contact me.
