QuestionI have chosen 2 Stero Systems. Not sure which one, hope you can help me .decide. FIRST choice, LG 220W model OM4560 for 150.00 Second, choice LG700W CM4550 for 179.00 Which one should I Purchase? Thanks!

- Answer My CM4550 is much louder, from 3 feet around 130 Dbs versus roughly 70/80 from the other one. Probably better connectivity. Obviously if you use both at same volume (smaller at full, CM4550 at around 60%) this one will last much longer. More EQ options, but it's larger.

- Answer Yes, but not easily and only 0.5 amps×5volts. For me very slow, 1% every 4 minutes. I HAVE AN LG PHONE.

QuestionWhat if your bluetooth can't compare no more ,what to do

- Answer I assume you mean connectanymore. The only thing you can do is unplug the power cord for a couple minutes and then reconnectand see if it will work. Otherwise you will have to use the warranty. If it's out of warranty you'll just have to buy a new one or something else. Best thing about buying from Best Buyis the warranty system. You don't have to send stuff in just return it and they will give you a new one. G/L, hope it works out for you. Once the bluetooth doesn't wortk there isn't any troubleshooting you can do. If you can connect tht ddevie to other bluetooth enabled devices then it's the stereo.

QuestionI don't understand much about electricity and power requirements. Will we be able to connect it to an AC Power converter to use in a car? I know that power outlets in cars are 12V DC. Is this possible or should we return the unit?

- Answer Probably not man. Cars typically can't power much of anything and this is a big stereo. Plus, depending on the size of your car, this stereo is HUGE!

QuestionWhy does the music "fade-in" when you start a song on Bluetooth? This shortens the introduction of the song for my Music students, and they cannot hear their entry (for singing) accurately. Can this feature be stopped so that it plays immediately?

- Answer The LG 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth®, Model # CM4550 can be paired to other Bluetooth enabled devices so you can stream audio from those devices via Bluetooth®. It also has a Portable In (3.5 mm or headphones jack) port that you can use to connect to other devices that do not support Bluetooth® and an AUX In (L/R). You need to see if your Alexa Echo Dot can be paired to other compatible Bluetooth® devices or if it has the compatible ports to connect it to the CM4550. You will find the instructions in your owner's manual for the product and the owner's manual for the CM4550 will also have instructions for how to pair it to compatible Bluetooth® devices...^IFV

- Answer Hello KeithM. Thank you for your interest in the LG 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth®, Model # CM4550. The only Audio Output in the back of this unit are the speaker ports that you connect the speakers to. The AUX In port in the back does not send audio signals out since it is only an input so there is nothing on the unit that you can connect any sort of adapter to that will let you listen to this unit through headphones...^IFV

- Answer You can buy all the speakers you want but if you are trying to add them to it with the original speakers connected it's just going to lower the sound level of all the speakers. The amplifier on this system is rated for the speakers it comes with so to add more speakers means you will be splitting the wattage between the speakers instead of adding sound. It will only get as loud as it came out of the box. You would need a new receiver to amp up the sound anymore.

- Answer Standard speaker wire, splice in wire and use electrical tape to cover the splices.
