  • QuestionDoes this have nano technology?

    Asked by Johnnybtampa.

    • Answer Hi there! Thank you for your inquiry. The LG 27GS75Q-B gaming monitor does not feature nano technology. It does, however, come with impressive specifications like a 99% sRGB color gamut, 180Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support, all of which contribute to an enhanced viewing experience. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27gs75q-b-gaming-monitor#pdp_specs We understand your interest in nano technology, and while this model doesn't have it, we’d be happy to help you explore other options. Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will assist you further. We appreciate your inquiry! —Renzo

  • QuestionIs this compatible for an Apple Mac Book Pro?

    Asked by CJ.

    • Answer What connectivity does your Apple MacBook Pro have and what resolutions doe its graphics card support? As listed in its specification on Best Buy, the LG UltraGear™ 27" IPS LED QHD 180Hz 1ms G-SYNC Compatible and AMD Freesync™ Gaming Monitor with HDR10 (HDMI, DisplayPort) - Black Model # 27GS75Q-B, has a native 2560 x 1440 resolution, and connectivity for the monitor includes, two HDMI 2.0 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, and a USB Type-C port, so if the graphics card in your MacBook Pro supports the monitor's native refresh rate and you can make the necessary connections to the monitor, you can use the monitor with your MacBook Pro...^Ivan.

  • QuestionIs it Compatible with the ps5 variable refresh rate (VRR) ?

    Asked by Azms.

    • Answer This monitor is not compatible with PS5 VRR. The LG rep on this website does not know what they are speaking about. I have purchased this monitor and have been attempting with LG customer support help to get this monitor to work with the PS5's VRR mode and they gave up.

  • QuestionHow do you turn off the beeping sound that comes when the monitor is turned on and off

    Asked by Tim.

    • Answer It's probably the accessibility option that got turned on somehow. You need to pull the joystick forward or back without pushing it in to bring up the accessbility option and then turn it off. Dear LG, this is a design flaw.
