QuestionI am currently running a Linksys WT 3200 ACM. I have a cat 6 cable running from the 3200 ACM to the far end of my home. Can the unit be connected to the non-used Cat6 for additional power/signal strength or should I use the AC 1200. Thank You.

- Answer Yes you can plug it in and then it becomes a wireless access point not an extender

QuestionOur current extender must be plugged directly into outlet, not surge protector, and extender must be plugged into outlet in the same building. Will this one work when plugged in a different building (guest house)?

QuestionOK, purchased and installed a second one. Works great, but i still have to select which one i want to use. Is there a way for it to automatically choose based on the stronger signal so i don't have to check wifi all of the time?

- Answer no. You would need a router that support WISP operation modes. (WISP Wireless internet service provider)
