- Answer Probably just got the connection dirty. Try scrubbing it with rubbing alcohol on the magnetic connection. Use a cotton tip

- Answer It will work with a 10.2" 9th generation iPad. Note that it seems quicker to use the touch screen than the touchpad.

QuestionHi! So I had bought my case about a month ago and recently the mouse wont show up on my iPad. It is very hit and miss on when it works. Is anybody else having trouble with this or any ideas as to what is wrong with it? Thanks!

- Answer Hi I haven’t had the issue. I do know that the mouse is a brown dot on mine. You might be able to change the settings on your iPad to see if it fixes the problem
