A:AnswerHi Joan, if you purchased Geek Squad Total Tech Support, they should be able to have someone come out to your home to setup the remote. But to be sure, please contact with your local Best Buy to see how they can further assist you! Hope that helps.
A:AnswerYou will program it for each combination of functions that you want to perform. For instance, to "watch tv" you would program in your cable box, tv set to the input for cable and your sound system. If your cable box is also your dvr the buttons on the control i.e. play/pause, stop, ff, etc. will work the cable box. If you have a separate dvr (tivo, etc), then you will add it into the queue. You program it online. It takes some fiddling and it doesn't work flawlessly. But you should be able to come up with a configuration that works for you. I still have to use some of my other controls, particularly if it gets confused, which happens sometimes. Don't forget they are going to stop selling these but will still support them.
A:AnswerWhile this will technically control your Apple TV it is not a good replacement for the Apple remote that has a touchpad. Number one you cannot talk into it which is a great feature on the Apple TV. Number two you can’t use the “mouse“ touch of the Apple remote because you just have arrows to move up down right left and select. If you have the old-style Apple remote this is probably fine but it’s pretty lame if you’re used to the touchpad remote
A:AnswerHi Danny, most surround sound systems will work with any of the Harmony remotes. You can get started using the Harmony software app: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/665?utm_source=logitech.com&utm_medium=global%20support%20link&utm_campaign=getting%20started%20-%20665. This will take you step by step through the process from connecting the remote to your system. Hope that helps!

A:AnswerIt does work with the Spectrum cable box. Mine is an Arris, and I entered the model number on the back of the box. I can't verify the TCL TV, but I would be very surprised if it didn't work.
A:AnswerThat would depend on the device you're trying to control. You'd have to go to the menu for your DVR and edit the timers for the show you no longer want to record.
