- Answer The Logi StreamCam works for streaming but it does NOT rotate to portrait mode as advertised. This is an issue that has been reported to Logitech for about 3 years now and they haven't fixed it yet, so at this point, it is false advertisement for their support to claim that it does rotate automatically. It used to do that before Apple M chips and Windows 10 but not anymore.

- Answer Hello. The StreamCam does not support Windows Hello as it does not have an additional IR Camera feature that is required to work with Windows Hello. Our only certified compatible Windows Hello camera is the Logitech 4K.

- Answer Hello Swords, the StreamCam Plus Webcam will not work with an iPad Pro. The system requirements for the StreamCam Plus Webcam are: Windows 10 or above, macOS 10.14 or above, 7th Gen Intel®Core™ i5 or later, and/or USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C direct connection. - Answer You'll get some form of image quality loss on any webcam when you add additional length to the original USB with an extender, but SteamCam Plus will see minimal quality loss if any.
