A:Answer I bought mine from Home Depot. I called Home Depot online, they said to return it to the store. I went to the store and they said that, “they don’t return major appliances in the store”. Buy it from Best Buy, as they have much better customer service. I called back Home Depot online, and she said that it’s not considered a major appliance and the store managers need to be educated better at Home Depot. I agree with her sentiment.
