- Answer Yes, Touch ID works regardless of whether your MacBook is open or closed. The same thing goes for the mouse.

QuestionWhat's on the bottom? Are there adjustable feet or risers included with this keyboard? Does it use hard rubber, neoprene foam, plastic sliders, or something else for "pads" underneath?

- Answer There are no adjustable feet underneath (although I am sure there is something out there to add to it) There are just four small rubber pads to keep the keyboard from sliding while you are typing.
