- Answer The cooktop light is located on the underside of the microwave oven and is replaceable. Remove bulb cover screws and open the bulb cover. Replace bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screws.

- Answer It appears to come on anytime you use the microwave. It’s noisy and I would not have purchased it if I knew it. Alll in all, pretty disappointed.

QuestionIs the door constructed of metal? Our appliance technician recommended a Maytag with a metal door to go over the range to handle the heat. If this is not the model can you recommend the correct model with the metal door?

QuestionDoes this microwave have an option for recirculating vent, vise venting outside?

- Answer This microwave supports 2 modes, 1. Recirculate air inside room. 2. Vent air outside thought vent hole at the top on the back of oven. To change mode of operation, will need to remove fan and change the orientation. This is detailed in the install manual.
