Q: QuestionMy Maytag Commercial Technology washing machine Model #MVWC565FW makes a clicking noise when washing. The basket moves however the agitator barely moves when washing what can be the problem? This machine is a little over a year old.

• A:Answer Tim, we apologize, but we're not sure what you are referring to. If you are experiencing an issue with your Washer, we recommend contacting Maytag by calling 800-331-2689 weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm EST. If you are referring to transporting your Washer, see below. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Maytag appliances! 1. Shut off both water faucets. Disconnect and drain water-inlet hoses. 2. If washer will be moved during freezing weather, follow “Winter Storage Care” directions before moving. 3. Disconnect drain hose from drain system and drain any remaining water into a pan or bucket. Disconnect drain hose from back of washer. 4. Unplug power cord. 5. Place inlet hoses and drain hose inside washer basket. 6. Drape power cord over edge and into washer basket. 7. Place packing tray from original shipping materials back inside washer. If you do not have packing tray, place heavy blankets or towels into basket opening. Close lid and place tape over lid and down front of washer. Keep lid taped until washer is placed in new location. Transport washer in upright position.

Q: QuestionI have a new Maytag washer mvwc565fw. Today i had it running and decided it needed to be on deep fill so I stopped it. It drained and then I reset it on rapid wash, extra rinse, deep clean. Usually it is about 53 minutes or so. It said 153 why ?

Q: QuestionFollow-up my (Yoda) question of three weeks ago about extreme washer vibration during the spin cycle. The Maytag repair technicians looked at it and are apparently not prepared to declare the visible vibration on spin extreme. That's the answer? Design?

We would recommend, if you are speaking about the Cold Water hose, we would recommend turning off the water to the Washer, removing the hose and inspecting the connection for any blockages. You may need to consult the instructions that came with the hot and cold water intake hoses. Thank you for your question!

Q: QuestionWhy does our new Maytag MVWC565FW1 vibrate furiously on spin? The machine has been looked at by Best Buy installers and another plumbing company. They do not know if that much vibration is normal. That much vibration could over time damage the floor.

The manual provided , Best Buy, nor manufacturer can tell you how long any of the cycles take! Product specs has not been uploaded to manufacturers website. They recommend looking on Whirlpool site....who has time for that. Simple question...crickets! No answers.

• A:Answer It takes hours and hours, disregard the estimated time for Cycle on washing. It is at least twice that if not 3 to 4 times occasionally. Also it will go off balance on a heartbeat with more than three pairs of underwear in there, so you’ll come home with the warming beeping, without the cycle finished. Good luck, look somewhere else. Go buy any other model but Maytag....
