If you have an aftermarket camera that you are trying to put on your oem mazda radio, this will work but it will provide only 6volts of power to your camera so if you have a 12volt rear camera, you should tap power from the back-up lights. This item will provide you with a way to put your yellow video RCA to fit your OEM mazda radio granted that it has that functionality. If your are using an aftermarket headunits and you want to attach it to your OEM rear view camera, this can also help you but you need a converter of 12volts to 6 volts to power your camera and again, the harness for your camera should fit in this cable kit and turns it into RCA that is usually the mainstream input for aftermarket headunits.
