A:AnswerSounds like a wire came loose. If you had Bestbuy install it just take it to them, I believe they have a lifetime workmanship guarantee on installs.
A:AnswerAs long as your stereo has a audio input it will work and or like a Bluetooth input you will need to plug in the camera rca jack from the camera
A:AnswerMine started acting up less then 24 hours after I got it installed. I went back and they had to trouble shoot why the screen was flipping, going fuzzy and would lose all color and go to black and white picture only.
A:AnswerProbably as it’s a universal kit, I’d imagine as long as your radio already has a screen you should be good. You can always call the store and speak to an installer to confirm.
A:AnswerFrom my knowledge. When I installed my camera I tied it into my reverse lights in the tail lights. There is a small purple wire that went into the dash to tie into you camera wire on the radio. That will let it know that there is a connection at the camera for power and will change over directly. Depending on the radio there might be a setting you have to change over completely so it will do it
A:AnswerI live in MT. It didn't even hold up to a summer of car washes let alone a winter, the image grew hazy and fuzzy and generally useless. Also the mount is too flimsy and it bends in the winds making you have an image of the side of the tailgate or the ground.
