“Photoshop Compatible or Creative Cloud Needed? I know the Surface Pro runs Photoshop. But... Will it run a photoshop program that I've already purchased and own? Or do I have to run (and subscribe to) Photoshop's Creative Cloud with this?”

You don't have to buy anything additional. Your software will run. Be aware that it does not have a CD/DVD drive. You can install by download or USB.

Adobe cloud works fine with it. I'm running the latest adobe cloud suite on my SP3 right now.
