• You can switch between languages with the language packs. So yes you can use Chinese Language on this

• Hello there, yes you can change Windows into most languages by going into PC settings on your start screen. Select time and language, then choose Region and language option. This will allow you to choose which language you view in Windows. I hope this was helpful to you.
