- Answer Yes. The first thing you should do when you move to W-10 is go into Settings, Updates and download all the updates released after your computer was made.

- Answer During installation it will ask if you want to save data, etc. but...there is no guarantee something will not be lost and programs that are not compatible with W-10 probably won't be kept or if kept, you won't run. You should always back up your data before even trying the upgrade and make sure you have the program discs you'll need to reinstall programs that don't move to W-10. W-7 has a backup / restore feature that allows you to save everything to an external drive to protect your data before upgrading

- Answer To actually answer your direct question, screen size and video resolution is a function of your video card (GPU) and your monitor not, in this case, Windows 10. So, without trying to sound sarcastic, if you have to ask this question, you need have Windows 10 installed by a knowledgeable technician. Otherwise, you could open your computer for some unfavorable results.

- Answer You can get multiple license. Punch up microsoft.com or prob easy way would be just call them. Needs to be for crrect bit machine(64 bit better but would have to go shopping).

- Answer A better question would be, " Is Bitlocker available in Windows 10 Home?" The answer is NO. Win 10 Home only uses disk encryption. BitLocker is still disk encryption, but it uses an encryption "KEY" to encrypt your data. This data is also low level encrypted, which basically means that if you lose the encryption KEY, the drive is worthless. Once the drive is encrypted with BitLocker, from that point forward, the BitLocker Key is required.

- Answer All windows licences transfer. When the time comes to transfer, simply apply your old licence Key to the new install and follow the licencing instructions to transfer. It can be a cumbersome process, but it does work fine. If you have any issues transferring the licence, seek the help of a knowledgeable technician.

- Answer This is in fact the OEM/System Builder version. It is an option to save yourself a little money, but I would dig a little further and make sure it is the right option for you.
