A:Answeryes and yes. the connection cord is hidden inside the fold of the box. i almost did not see it until i checked the empty box completely. btw, the charging cord is relatively short but stll serves the purpose for me.

I can't use the C-connection with the power bank, it will only take a usb connection. I even tried to my phone where we charge the power bank and I didn't see it charge.

Because last time I charged a samsung tablet with low battery and use the power station as my battery supply I wasted the power bank throughout the whole day and I think I got only 75-80% charged. A:AnswerDude yea my lightning connector will not charge my phone with either port. My charger is full as well, it shows all 4 lights. It charged my iPad mini but won’t charge my iPhone. Kinda odd
