Hi Missm, Open Settings, go the bottom and second from bottom you should see 'System'. Click on 'System', then 'Advanced' and you should see 'Reset options'. For what you are asking, you should choose 'Erase all data (factory reset)'. It should show a confirmation screen where you can click on the blue 'Erase' button to begin the process.
