“Has anyone successfully activated the unlocked phone with Sprint, using an existing plan? If trying to upgrade, I get the odd message that the phone is not compatible with my current plan, which seems either nonsensical or an arbitrary restriction.”

Hi Stevatio, We appreciate your interest. The device is unlocked and works with major carriers. It depends on your preferred carrier if this can be used with existing plan. -Jess

No solution yet, but had a similar issue. Strangely, I got this message when trying to upgrade one phone, but other phones *on the same plan* have no issue! Best Buy folk are trying to help. Sprint folks, not so much.
