QuestionIs this phone compatible with the Mint network? It says it's compatible with T-Mobile which owns Mint, but not that it works with Mint.

- Answer I use Att prepaid which is a separate company technically from ATT but uses their Network and is owned by ATT. It's basically their Network, their company, so I assume Mint is similar. TMobile uses sim chips I believe bc they're gsm so if mint does too, the. You should be able to just pop it in and it will work. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work unless mint specifically only allows certain phones on their Network that they sell, but then they would tell you that and I feel like they don't.

- Answer The Moto X is universally unlocked so you can take it to any carrier i.e. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and the many offshoot prepaid services. Metro PCS should be fine.

- Answer Yes it does have a headphone jack. It's located on the bottom edge of the phone. BTW, I am very happy with the phone. It's a great buy! You will want to buy a case for the phone as it is slippery

- Answer You have two options regarding direction orientation on the Moto X4. First, the phone does have an internal compass, so when using Google Maps or Earth you can use the compass needle present on the displayed map. Second option, there are numerous free compass apps available in the Google Play store - I have two installed on my Moto X4. You can toggle between Google Maps and the compass if needed. As for printing, YES you can print to any wireless printer using the default print driver or any of numerous free printer specific drivers available in the Google Play store. I print all the time, including maps. Hope this helps!

- Answer Is it possible? Maybe if you have a decent amount of experience, but it's not a simple replacement. It's at least a moderately difficult process (6 or 7/10 with 10 being Professional only) even if you have done such things before. You'd have to pull the back off breaking the glue using a Heat Gun, a pry/spudger, and a lot of patience. Assuming you don't break the back glass cover and get through the waterproof adhesive, then there are around 10 screws to remove a cover plate and another adhesive holding the battery to the case (much easier to get through). The actual battery replacement isn't hard since it's not soldered to the mainboard, but it's going to be nearly impossible to put the back on and maintain any water resistance using adhesive or doublestick tape.

QuestionAbout the "with activation", I know it means I'll get a discounted price by selecting a specific carrier for this phone. But my point is can I cancel the specific carrier's plan right after I receive this phone? Because I got my own SIM card already.

- Answer You can do the activation, then can always replace/swap the SIM (for another carrier/service & arrange activating that with other carrier/service). Can someone from Best Buy provide info about the terms & conditions of the with activation plans? Especially for cancellation of carrier/service, & unlocked phones. (I don't know. Speculation: I doubt you can cancel the with activation plan immediately. Likely have to pay for at least 1 month of carrier/service, & insure cancel after that. I haven't seen the official conditions for the with activation offer/deal.)

- Answer No. The Best Buy activation deal is by carrier or service provider, not the network. Current carriers or service providers for the activation deals @Best Buy are Sprint, Verizon, AT&T. People can find out about the plans & prices & activation fees by selecting Activate Now with phone.

- Answer No unfortunately it does not have wireless charging. If you buy from Best buy it does not come with Alex installed , You can install Alexa after upgrading to Android 9.0 but you do not have too. Amazon sells this phone on their web site with Alexa already on thats were the confusion probably comes from, not sure if you can remove if you buy it at Amazon.

- Answer This is an unlocked phone so it doesn't come with any SIM. Since Consumer Cellular uses both AT&T and T-Mobile, you can easily use Consumer Cellular.
