• No, none of the gateways will give you anything other that the power cord and one fairly short cable to hook your computer directly to the gateway for setup. Once the gateway is set up you can switch your computer to wifi if you want.

• No splitter. It does come with a Ethernet cable to connect the router to a device like a computer or a camera.
