A:Answer Yes, depending on the screw hole locations on the back of your Vizio. I had one TV, can't remember the brand, that worked perfectly with the bracket included. Another TV did not line up with the holes and I had to purchase a Mount-It VESA Mount Adapter Plate ($15-20) which allows attachment to the back of any brand of TV.
