• Just in case, this laptop doesn't include 6700XT, it uses a 6700M, it should perform very closely with Nvidia 3070 for laptops

• Well its better than 3060 and on par with 3070 or sometimes better than 3070 or less powerfull (depends on the game you play). RX6700M is generally much more efficient than an rtx 3070. Also on top of that AMD has claimed that it can game on battery with more power and for longer than that is possible with an rtx 3070. And last of all its way cheaper than rtx 3070.
