does it have any hinge durability issues? null

Purchased for my son to go to college. Hinge cover snapped off first. Then screws holding hinge to screen loosened. They are behind plastic on the screen so they are not accessible. The hinged snapped from the screen causing the screen to malfunction. Very poor design and YES it is a known issue. If I did not have insurance Best Buy claims it looks like it was damaged and not a faulty product. Don't recommend

yes, my laptop screen has not worked for months due to this issue. it’s all over online and i’ve joined a lawsuit for it :) tired of big corps taking advantage of us. now im having power issues and not to mention the actual msi software they force on u. how convenient to be after the warranty too

Yes, have had the laptop for a little bit less than a year and the hinge on the right side has started to break.

I’ve had it for a day so make of this what you will. The hinge is very high quality. The action is smooth and I trust it more than most gaming laptops I’ve owned or tried. Build quality is high all around on this.

The hinge seems straight but I just got her so I’m babying it still.

There have been no known issues with the hinges of the Delta 15 notebooks.
