• The motherboard is inverted. You will find very good tutorial videos on youtube for this. Is is complicated but still highly doable. Just watch the videos to know which connectors to disconnect. I upgraded both RAM and SSD myself.

• There are videos on YouTube. There's a bunch of screws, a hinge, and several connectors to remove/disconnect. Then lift mb and they are under there.
