This uses AMD Smart Shift. The GPU and CPU share 130W and on the extreme performance power plan power will shift between the 2 depending on if the game is more GPU or CPU intensive. On the balanced power plan the 6700M will run on 80W but in extreme performance it will run up to 120W in less CPU demanding games. From my experience in less CPU demanding games the GPU will settle around 115W a lot of the time like in the Resident Evil 2 remake. From what I've seen when testing, the CPU will run between 10W all the way up to 60W. When using an external monitor this laptop is plenty powerful enough to run the latest games on high to ultra settings.
