Q: QuestionI got this Msi monitor two days ago but it keeps showing black and had this white line across the top, so I was wondering if you need a pc for it or if it’s broken? I’m trying to play on my ps5 but it’s won’t connect to the monitor so please help me.

• A:Answer Are you able to see the monitor options? They will show up even if it's not connected to an input source. Try clicking the joystick on the back and getting the menu to pop up. It should automatically recognize the HDMI source if it's plugged in, especially if it's a known good HDMI cable.
