Q: QuestionHow can I avoid theft via Netgear equipment. Plugged in Netgear, Comcast wants Android connection. I do not use any mobile devices, just Desktop. Neighbor has been stealing my router wifi uses Arris to steal my Internet, showed up on my devices. Help!

• A:Answer 1) Change the Admin password. 2) Enable your WiFi router security (WEP) 3) Create a word phrase for your WEP. These steps will prevent anybody from connecting to your WiFi router and steal your Internet. Good luck.

Q: QuestionDoes this modem work with Windstream service. Windstream calls it a "bonded" service. Not sure what that means except for maybe doubling the speed.

• A:Answer If it is bonded DSL/DSL; it will not work with this Modem. Had this problem with my sister's internet which was Windstream DSL. I sent her my Arias Modem and she couldn't connect.

• A:Answer We’ve been using this modem on Optimum in Northern NJ for a few months and a few weeks ago changed from the router that Optimum had provided to a Netgear Nighthawk AX5200 during the Black Friday sales. They work great together and the new router is a lot more stable and provides much greater range than the old one. Very happy we made the changes.
