• A:Answer Since this extends your WIFI, I have to assume that it would work with the Ring doorbells. The network name it creates is the same one as your network, so you are wanting this to get a stronger signal to other parts of your house. This should help the Ring doorbells.

• A:Answer I don't know. I did have internet service from the phone company, and now have it through the cable company. It appears to me that you are using a mobile hotspot, and without doing much research, I would say this device would not be compatible. Since you say you have Verizon MiFi, you should have more knowledge about this service than most other people. If I was you I would stick to the products that are recommended for this service. According to some reviews, the Verizon Inseego Jetpack MiFi 8800L is the best hotspot for most people because of its exceptional coverage, fast performance, and good battery life. Feb 19, 2020. Or maybe the Verizon Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi 6620L.

Q: QuestionWe are trying to get a stronger signal ( 3 bars instead of 2), on an I Pad that is in studio 50 Ft. from our Xfinity Modem using the Netgear AC750 bosster. Where should the Neatgear booster be placed? In the room with the I Pad or where?

• A:Answer They say to place the booster halfway between the modem and the device you are using. I used a trial and error method to find the best spot. My modem is connected to cable, and I have 3 cable outlets. I found the cable outlet that gave me the best signal, because some work better than others. Then I found the best spot for the booster. But I did end up buying another booster, one twice as expensive as the other, and they are both nest, so they combine into a seamless network.
