QuestionI have Comcast and called three different times giving them all the information needed to get this product set up in my home. They say I'm showing an internet connection but I keep getting no internet signal. Is there anything else I need to do??

- Answer I took mine cable modem box to a nearby xfinity store where they set it up in their system like linking Mac ID's or something. It's not plug n play.

QuestionI am currently with xfinity and is paying for 200MB internet speed can this item run the full 200MB? I need faster and better WIFI. The two router and modem at my place is no help and I can brealy get any WIFI upstairs.

- Answer Use the NETGEAR C6300 AC1750 16X4 CABLE GATEWAY. You will need to call Xfinity and register it, once that is complete works good if not better than the xfinity standard one they supply. I have had no issues with mine.
