A:AnswerMy router is connected in slot 1. I don't see why you shouldn't use the other ports. Everything else I have is wifi enabled so I actually haven't tried,but seems logical.
A:AnswerI have this problem as well. I've had this modem since 2020. Never had problems like this until just recently. I don't understand. Hearing that my ISP needs to update my firmware though doesn't sound promising. Would I contact them, or do they automatically do it? I don't quite understand. But for a few years I have been fine. I use the Google Nest Mesh Wi-Fi. Loved it, but lately my kids are getting frustrated.
