QuestionDoes the warranty cover the inside surface wearing off? The inside has areas of rough surface that looks stained and looks dirty but won’t wash or wipe off.

- Answer Yes, the ice that it makes will stay frozen until you use it. The ice bin holds approx 5cups of ice but I didn't measure exactly.

- Answer It will continue as long as there’s water. The ice melts if not removed, then continues the cycle. I make enough for the day then unplug it.

QuestionSo we've had this for 3 months now and it's been great until recently. It's been making a loud rubbing noise like a pallet getting wrapped and not producing any ice. It sounds like it's struggling to push ice out of the little hole on the right. Help?
