Q: QuestionHow does the sous vide function work on this?
Asked by Renee1227.
- A:Answer I'm going to try it here soon. The oven keeps the water at proper temperature not sure there is much water circulation unless the heater/fan at the top is providing that. You do not get any vacuum bags with the cooker have to get that yourself amazon has a huge selection for under fourty bucks bags and the vacuum device. Will it be as good as a standalone sous vide device, maybe not but if it's not something you do enough to justify another two hundred dollar investment this is probably good enough for most of us. I've seen a youtube on this machine using sous vide mode.

Q: QuestionWhat are the pans and crisper tray made out of and what are they coated with to make them non stick?
Asked by DTMF45.
- A:Answer You can always use parchment paper as a liner too. It works very well. And grape seed oil is good up to 500° I think you could use that too. But oil needs to be cleaned up and that can be messy sometimes Parchment paper is the way to go. I understand some Ninja ovens can use aluminum foil but not all. YouTube is my go to for specific answers. You can also go to the manufacturer website and find out
