QuestionPurchased a HP omen and I have a couple questions. 1. Where do I get the factory disks/factory software with windows 10? I purchased a separate SSD drive and want to reformat my computer and put all the operating software onto the SSD drive.

- Answer Windows 10 made a few changes to how you can recover your computer and it is now easier than ever. Simply search for the Windows Media Creation Tool and you will see the Microsoft site that is the top result. From there download and run the program which will convert a spare USB drive into a full Windows 10 restore device. With that you can insert your new SSD and boot from the USB to begin a clean install of Windows 10. After that simply reformat your old drive and the computer should automatically boot from the SSD Windows 10 install.

- Answer You would not need to use a low profile GPU for this machine, it is ready to take a full sized graphics card out onto the battlefield with you.

- Answer while the omen is a pretty cool gaming system when streaming for Netflix its more or less based of your internet so long as your internet is strong you should be able to support it but you will need a stronger processor if you want to really enjoy the 4k experience because your system will find its self strained

- Answer The motherboard is considered a uATX board which is the same as mATX which means micro and is the small board. with this you have basically any option you want when it comes to cases as it will fit in almost all of them, For example it will fit in any standard size case big or small you find .

QuestionWhat is the adapter I would need to use my oculus with this? Rather annoyed I told the guy at best buy that the oculus was specifically why I wanted the tower and wasn't told it wouldn't run it with a monitor attached.

- Answer You can use a HDMI to CONTROL DISPLAY adapter and it will work as it will go right next to the HDMI port. That is how use it and it works great. I connected it to the TV for use instead of a monitor. Hope this helps.

- Answer The PC Tower does come with a wireless receiver installed in the tower so that it may connect to a WiFi network wirelessly. Nothing else needed. It also comes with your standard Ethernet port so you may connect it directly to your modem via Ethernet cable.

- Answer 6 USB (2 front 4 back), 4 HDMI, DVI, 7-in-1 card reader. I haven't looked inside at slots personally. According to HP, the board has: One PCIe (GEN 3) x16 socket One PCIe (GEN 3) x1 socket One M.2 socket 1, key A Only two RAM slots, with a max of 16 GB total. Looks like it uses Realtek HD Audio. - Answer The graphics card actually runs pretty hot. I play fortnite on it and it stays hot the whole time I'm playing it. Smaller games like league of legends is fine though. Guess it just doesn't like the bigger games. Trying to find a way to install more fans atm.

- Answer They come with a version of Windows 10. No need to pay, but no disc. Updates and recovery can be made directly from the OS.

- Answer There are ports on top of the machine. I hear audio through the headphones and there is also a mic port. My display port connector connects to my monitor and my monitor has a headphone jack behind it. Audio also comes through there. So if you're using your tv, you will hear audio from the tv speakers and audio from the headphone port/jack. There are 3 ports in the back. Blue, green and pink. I believe the pink one is what you are talking about.

- Answer The socket that is used by the Odense 2-k motherboard is an LGA 1151. The 3 main CPUs that you will be able to use are: Intel Core i3-7100, Intel Core i5-7400 (original CPU with this PC), and Intel Core i7-7700.
