• A:Answer Hello - This is designed to be used with Ooma and does require internet service. You have a choice from two Ooma plans. They have a "Basic" plan which is free, just need to pay govt taxes and fees. They also have their "Premiere" plan. This does have a monthly fee attached. Please visit their website for details.
