Q: QuestionHow to clear callers data.I stumble around to do anything except make or receive calls. I want to remove names and their information from memory. An operating manual to explain various procedures is desirable.

• A:Answer No, this handset can not be used. The KXTG4011N's optional handsets models are: KX-TGA401, KX-TGA651or KX-TGA750.

Q: QuestionCan I order a new Base Phone/Panasonic Model KX-TGA101S?The base phone keys seem to be sticking.

• A:Answer Hi, KX-TGA101S is the model number of the handset, the model of the base is KXTG1031s. You can order the base and it always comes with 1 handset. You can register your old handset, so you will have total of 2 handset. You cannot purchase base only.

• A:Answer Hi, If you are referring to Phone book entry, this is the procedure. 1. Press softkey for phonebook icon 2 {V} / {^}: Select the desired item. 3. (MENU) 4. {v} / (^) : "Erase" 5. Press softkey for "OK" 6. {v} / (^): "YES" 7. Press softkey for "OK" If you have the manual, it's on page 19, if not you can download it from Panasonic website.

Q: QuestionIs this handset compatable with KX-TG2248?The off button on my handset has to be pushe in with considerable force to activate and sometimes gets jamed. The battery loses it's charge as a result. Otherwise the phone works well.

• A:Answer Hello Snoop, voicemail is a subscription from your phone company, the service provider assigns a personal mailbox for you, if you have that service active on your phone line, you can get your voice mailbox access code from your phone company and just follow their instructions to retrieve voice mail messages.

• A:Answer No. The KX-TGA101S is a DECT phone and the KX-TG5672B works on the 5.8 Ghz they are not compatible. The only handset compatible with your current base is the KX-TGA560M.

• A:Answer This model is just an additional handset, it won't work without a base system. The compatible base for this handset model is the KX-TG1031S. This base model is wall mountable, the separate cordless handset is not.
