• A:Answer Hi Scott! The KX-TGL432B phone system has an individual handset that is KX-TGLA40 and is not compatible with the KX-TGC352B base unit. Please take note that it is not possible to register a base unit to an existing base unit. The compatible handset with KX-TGC352 is KX-TGDA20. Hope this helps! -C

Therefore, we encourage you to reach out directly to your telephone service provider for any further clarification or assistance. Additionally, if you experience any issues related to sound quality or Caller ID services while utilizing VoIP, it may be necessary to have a DSL/ADSL filter installed on the line by your telephone service provider. It is also important to mention that the phone system will not operate in the absence of electricity. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a built-in answering machine and voicemail functionality provided by the telephone company. -C

If you wish to use the handsets from your current phone system with the new one, make sure to deregister them from the current system and register it to the new base unit. - S
