Yes. They make adaptors to properly install the CD player in any car. They also make "smart cables" to plug into your factory radio harness. All this could be purchased at best buy or you can have them install it.

Most of the time, if you are replacing a factory head unit, you will need a wiring harness and an installation kit as you don't want to cut the factory wires and factory radios rarely are single-DIN size. You will first want to solder the wiring harness to the wires on the new radio - this can be done at a bench so you won't have to try to cram into your car to perform the soldering. The installation kit will have a mounting bracket that will convert whatever size your factory radio's opening is to a standard single-DIN (the size of most after-market head units).
