A:AnswerI am not convinced that you have inserted the male plug from the device all the way onto the female plug on your computer. Check that. If it still does not work, try plugging in another mike to see if that works. If the second device does not work, then it is your computer system. It cannot imagine otherwise why this device does not work since it is not USB-based. Best of luck.
