A:AnswerI would contact Plantronics direct, I have several issues with mine and wanting to go back a Jabra ear piece. I have had the edge since I broke the Jabra I have found that it will switch back to the phones system then back to the ear piece. When answering the Edge by voice you almost have to yell answer or decline. To answer calls automatically you may have to go into the settings on your phone.
A:AnswerThe ear piece comes with an app that needs to be downloaded. Just open it up and go to Settings and make the necessary adjustments, as needed. Nice & simple.
