Hello! Yes, the CS520 is compatible with a Cisco 8841 IP phone. If you are interested in remote call control (answer/end) for the headset, then please note your phone will also require an APC-43 EHS cable. If you get the APC-43 and you're using the key expansion module 7914, the cable 85638-01 from Plantronics is required.
