A:AnswerWe had the same problem with ours. We had to take the batteries out and put them back in again. Something was not tight and I also put them in the wrong way where they were not sitting right in the pocket
A:AnswerSo your tv shouldnt have to be set up. I just plugged mine in and it recognized it. the only issue that happens to me is that there is a delay and i get a message saying "connecting to exterior speaker". Is there a setting for your tv that says "external speaker".
A:AnswerBecause the connection to the tv is audio only. There is no video outputs on this system but the sound bar has lights that shows high high the volume is.
A:AnswerIt's a great sound bar and subwoofer for the price but it is only a 2.1 surround sound system and it's meant for smaller rooms. I don't feel you would be happy pairing it with your TV. If you are looking for a sound bar and subwoofer that pairs well with your TV's capabilities, then I would suggest looking at one of the midrange sound bars or 5.1 surround sound products that supports your product's sound capabilities. The mid-range and high end systems sound so much better. You purchased a very nice TV with the potential to produce great video and sound so you definitely don't want to cut corners with the speaker system you purchased.
A:AnswerUnplug the unit and let it sit for a couple of minutes if this does not correct the problem do a reset of the Bluetooth and re-link the sub woofer.
