- Answer The soundbar/subwoofer pair connects via bluetooth, optical, HDMI, or USB. I chose optical from my TV, bluetooth from my computer, and am getting great results. I think Bluetooth is most subject to outside interference, so, if I have any problem with my computer output, I'll switch to either HDMI or SB.

- Answer ALL sound is solid from both my Optical connection with my TV and the Bluetooth connection with my computer. I think Bluetooth is most subject to outside interference, so, if that's how you're experiencing problems, I'd try Optical, HDMI, USB (my order of preference). If that doesn't work, you might have a bad unit.

QuestionI purchase the polk signa s2 and the soundbar works but the subwoofer doesn't. I have tried resetting it and when you turn it on it beeps when the green light is flashing but doesn't work after the green light stops flashing. How can I fix this?

- Answer I assume you're following the procedure on the bottom right column of page 1 of the Quick Start Guide. If that doesn't get your Subwoofer going, you might have a bad unit.

QuestionWe have a Sharp Aquos LC—C4067UN (older tv) and recently bought the Polk S2. We cannot get sound for Netflix, HULU, etc., through the Firestick, only TV. What are we doing wrong? Any ideas on how to get it working?

- Answer Wow, interesting problem I can't imagine could be due to the S2. Does your TV's settings allow you to direct sound to the TV's speakers, HDMI, USB, or Bluetooth? There is one point of emphasis in the Quick Start Guide saying to be sure the TV's speakers are OFF. If that doesn't work, you've got a problem I think you're going to be surprised by the solution or explanation, if there is one.

QuestionI have the Polk audio signa s2 sound bar hook to my vizio 60 inch tv via hdmi arc but having an issue with the volume. I cannot fine tune it. It goes up in increments of 3 each time you push the button is there a fix for this?

- Answer I don’t know why this happens either but just to let you know, mine works the same way in increments of 3. So I’m going to assume that this is how it’s supposed to work.

- Answer Make sure the TV sound is off. Go to your TV setting, audio and look for "internal speaker on/off" or something like that.
